Specific Price After 5000 Entries Doesn't Show On Frontend Anymore

Whenever I exeed 5000 entries in the quantity discount database (_specific_price) the prices don't show up anymore on the Categories or Product page.

 

Whenever I delete the 5001's row in the _specific_price table (using MySqlAdmin), the discount prices show up again.

 

I tried for over one week to solve it by myself, but came to conclusion, it must be some bug. Can somebody help?

Found some more facts: 

 

- Actually can insert around 1600 lines.

- If with smaller amount of only 3 entries at a time it goes up to 1619 lines, if bigger amount of 500 entries at a time it is less then 1600 entries.

- It makes no difference, if I enter the date through the Shop Backend or MySQL upload.

 

Guess it must be a bug. Has nobody else this issue?

I did set up a new Prestashop with nothing else changed, just out of the box. 

Used Cleaner to delete all the demo products.

Uploaded the categories and the products and the same result! The special prices dissapear after about 1600 products uploaded!

We changed the provider and the problem disappeared.
