Competition Type Page?

Hi everyone,

 

I want to have a competitions page where a user can fill in a small form and then we will receive the competition entry.

 

I can code PHP and in the past have created a small form and saved the result to a database. Is there any alterantive way to do this with Prestashop, perhaps a competition module or would you reccomend creating a form like I have done in the past?
