[Solved] Weird problem - Payment received Successfully but not showing in orders page at backend

My shop just has been started to online before a week ago, and I found one weird problem that today I've experienced.

One of my customer placed an order and the payment was received successfully via PayPal, however ps backend didn't show it in "orders" page. That means the customer didn't able to check the order status through the website.

Anyone know what can I do??

From what I understand it is a payment module problem. I have the same problem occasionally with one of my payment modules. I bought a module so that I can manually transfer the customers shopping cart to an order as I could not find the error in the payment module. My paypal works fine though.

Very odd... same thing happend to me today. I wonder why that is?

I've fixed it by myself, pls check your paypal account
>> My Account >> Profile >> Instant Payment Notification >> enter "http://www.yourwebsite.com/prestashop/modules/paypal/validation.php"

then go to paypal sandbox to check if it works perfectly.

I have just experienced the same problem.
I received notification of payment from PayPal, but there is no order assigned to the customer, only her cart.

I have found this problem as well - not with paypal though, worked when I tested the payments but seems to have stopped working since...

any one find a work around?
