So it appears you are using Prestashop Cloud, correct?  You have a custom domain and an SSL certificate configured in the PS Cloud admin.

However as we discussed, you have not configured Prestashop back office to Enable the use of SSL.  In the back office Preferences > General page, there is the field "Enable SSL", and next to it is a link "Please click here to check if your shop supports HTTPS".

If SSL was properly installed and enabled, you would not see that link, instead you would see a Yes/No slider with the option Yes selected.

The Braintree module is telling you that if you want to use the Paypal feature, that SSL must be enabled.  So

1) You need to either get SSL enabled

2) Stop using the Paypal feature and the warning message will go away

So questions that you have not yet addressed

1) When you log into your back office, are you using HTTP or HTTPS.  You fail to show that in your screen shot

2) What happens exactly when you click on the "Please click here to check if your shop supports HTTPS" link?  Why not include a screen shot of that?

3) Have you contacted Prestashop Cloud support to confirm that your custom domain and SSL certificate are installed and working properly?
