Customize Product Option

Hello is there a module or add on somewhere I can find to customize and checkout for a product? Here is an example of a website you can get an idea of what I'm talking about,

 

If you go to http://mealprepkingz.com/product/custom-meal

 

I want the customer to be able to select different options as they progress or just be able to click check boxes on what they want within the product page.

 

Can we do this with prestashop?

It helps you to add custom fields such as check boxes, custom message etc
