Paypal Module Double Taxes Shipping If No Voucher Code Used. Must Fix.

Hey all, 

 

I have dug through all of the articles on here and the only ones I can find are solutions to when this does the opposite and double taxes shipping with a promo code.

 

Here is what happens.  If you go through the checkout process without using a voucher it passes on each line item separately to PayPal and shipping gets taxed again.  If you use a voucher code it all gets sent as one lump sum and gets taxed appropriately and matches the cart total.

 

Here is my Standard.tpl file code.  I am on Prestashop 1.6.1.1 and this module is up to date.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a similar problem, the cart total and what PayPal charges aren't matching exactly. 

My thought is that the problem is somewhere with the tax, but it doesn't add the full tax we have set up (18%) but about 10%.

 

We previously didn't have this issue (shipping on this store is free) but we have recently added a handling fee per order.

Of course! This module is encoded with feet ... shipping costs are sent all taxes, so the total amount is wrong, your customer has paid too much and Prestashop can not validate the order (cool really ?)
