When I try to search something in my shop (front office) I have no color boxes under thumbnails on the products with combinations.. It was for some time but disappeared.. Do you know how to fix this problem? I had 2 languages before but right now I have only one. Maybe I should do something? Thanks and hava a nice day! Using the default-bootstrap theme. Combinations are set up with images and color references, etc. Stock management is disabled so there are no quantities to input. Everything shows up once you click on the specific product, everything works as it should, its just that the color boxes in the category or 'thumbnail' view don't show up on some items. They do show up every once and a while on some items, but its hit and miss with most of the time it doesn't show. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

RamboRich Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 Just an update and an FYI for anybody that has the same problem. This worked and I got all functions of the color picker working on all products. In back office, went to 'Preferences', then 'Products' and selected 'Yes' for the 'Display unavailable product attributes on the product page'. I'm not utilizing stock management, so i'm not sure why that would be an issue, but when I changed the Display unavailable products attributes on the product page to 'Yes' everything is working fine now.
