St055
Hi, just a post to warn you about Community developper on Prestashop addons : I bought "Inventory planner" from them and I realized that they ask for a monthly fee to use it!! I sak them to refund as I don't want to pay a monthly fee but I never had any answer from them (+1 month of sending email requests). They never reply you (what a good customer support!). --edit by el patron to remove defamatory remarks about dev. the module addon's specifically states there is monthly subscrition with two week free trial. El Patron
Hi sorry you have this issue but the module does state specifically on addon's. Inventory Planner is an online service with a monthly fee. When installing this module you will get two weeks free trial to test the service. St055
Yes, it is written in little on the bottom of the page and I didn't read it. But nevermind, as this is a specific module that works with monthly fee only, if I don't take the fee, they can refund me! And in all the cases, you have to answer to your customer and not avoid it just to xxxxthem! again edited by elpatron --edit by el patron to remove defamatory remarks about dev. the module addon's specifically states there is monthly subscrition with two week free trial. El Patron
in the future I suggest reading the entire description. Please also do not use defamatory words as you admitted you did not read the entire description and use of module.
