Guest
I am using version 1.2.5.0 and I would like to upgrade it to verion 1.3.0.3, would that be possible?
rocky
Yes, it is possible, but I wouldn't recommend it on a live shop. You would be better off waiting for the v1.3 final. If you decide to upgrade to v1.3 beta 1 anyway, you should download the latest version of 1.3.0.1.sql, since there is a bug in v1.3 beta 1 that will cause problems if you're not using the ps_ prefix. Just run the installer, then select the "Upgrade" option and your database will be upgraded from v1.2.5 to v1.3.0.3.
Guest
Thank you Rocky.Million thanks to you. There is a problem in the attribute and group in version 1.2.5.0 and I find no solution . Seems there is no better way but to upgrade. How do you think of the version 1.3.0.2? Is it safe to use it in a live shop?

Hi Rocky,Should I put the 1.3.0.1.sql file in the "install" folder in the 1.3 beta 1 ?
rocky
You should put the file in the install/sql/upgrade folder. I strongly recommend that you install the v1.3 in a test site rather than a live site. That way, if you encounter problems, you still have your v1.2.5 live and working. Either way, make sure that you back up your v1.2.5 database and all the files so you have something to back to if something goes wrong.
