Unable To Compile Smart Template And Unable To Write Smarty File

Hi All,

 

I am using prestashop version 1.6.1.0 to build an online store. But my website was frequently showing below errors while accessing both front end and backend

 

Uncaught --> Smarty: Invalid compiled template for '/home3/thecrai7/public_html/themes/default-bootstrap/modules/productcomments/productcomments_reviews.tpl' <-- thrown in /home3/thecrai7/public_html/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 182

 

 

Smarty: unable to write file /home3/thecrai7/public_html/cache/smarty/compile/38/ca/5f/wrt5656ad46e01228_50628123 <-- thrown in /home3/thecrai7/public_html/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_write_file.php on line 46

So I am not able to run my store successfully. my customers are continuously reporting about these errors. I am also experiencing these issues while accessing backend.

 

I have searched a lot about these problems in the forum and I tried a lot of solutions but it doesn't solves the problem. so please any one help me to resolve this problem permanently.

 

I have tried setting folder permissions of smarty to 777, 755 and also 775. but it doesn't works

so someone help me to resolve this problem permanently. I am trying to solving this problem last one week by using different solutions.

Have you tried setting permission 777 to this folder /home3/thecrai7/public_html/cache/ and to ALL its sub directories and files recursively ?
