cricket-hockey
Hi, I'm using V1.6.1.2 and Google Analytics version 2.3.2. Everything seems to track fine - number of visitors, products ordered etc, expect the sales figures are grossly over exaggerated. If my true sales for a day total £1000 with a conversion rate of 2%, when I click on E-Commerce > Product Performance, the products sold listed in GA total £1000 which is correct. When when I click on Overview it shows that my sales for the day are something like £8000 with a conversion rate of 10% which is totally wrong. If I click on Transactions, next to each transaction, the order value is completely wrong when I compare the order value in Prestashop. Any idea how I fix this please? cricket-hockey
Thanks for your reply. I have recently migrated from another shopping cart so my Google Analytics account is setup properly to track E-Commerce sales. I have double checked with that guide and everything is correct. Because the only option in the Google Analytics module is to enter your tracking ID, I don't understand what else could be wrong as there is nothing else I can change. It seems to be tracking the order value incorrectly on the order confirmation page.
cricket-hockey
I've just realised that the order values listed in Google Analytics are exactly double of the actual order values in Prestashop. So I'm sure something must be wrong on the order confirmation page but how can I check or make any alterations to this?
cricket-hockey
Anyone got any other ideas on this? Order values in GA are still showing exactly double what they should be.
Gamestech
Are your GA stats wrong for every order or just some? If it's the latter, check for duplicated entries in your ps_ganalytics table.
