Paypal Redirection Error

Greetings to all!

 

I have the prestashop 1.6.0.11 with the paypal module 3.10.2, there have been several purchases, I have tested normal and sandbox, and the module is functioning properly. The order is placed and redirects to the website:

 

....... www /es/ module /paypal /submit? key = XXXXXXXXXXXXX

 

Yesterday an attempt customer making a purchase with paypal and gave constant error, we contacted and sent me a screenshot where his redirection was:

 

wwww ...... /modules/paypal/ express_checkout/payment.php? token = XXXXX

 

I have not activated express_checkout mode.

 

I've been busy all day with this theme and I see no solution or possible cause.

Any ideas?
