Support For 1-Click-Upgrade Module

Hello PrestaShop People,

 

Can someone please explain why there doesn't seem to be any support for this module when people run into issues with it? I am having trouble trying to update my site with this module, as posted here - https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/485563-ajax-server-error-when-updating/

 

I have had to restore from backup no ab out 5 or 6 times as the update keeps failing!

 

Others have also reported the same/similar issues in the past but don't seem to every had any help resolving the issues.

I find this very strange as this is a PrestaShop Module developed by PrestaShop themselves and there doesn't seem to be any support offered for it. So unless I am completly wrong and looking in/posting these issues in, completly the wrong place, maybe someone can advaise?
