Problem With Editing .htaccess File

Hello to all, how can I change the .htaccess file so that I'm get the file after remain the same and no changes? Namely what happens, I try a couple of times to edit the above file, but I'm see that after a while "he" comes back in the original condition that I had before changing?? 

 

Im trying to put this in my file,but every morning Ill see same,without this again and again?

Hello. Generating file is only done if you turn on friendly url.

If this happens every day for no reason, then write to your provider support.

Friendly url is already set to YES..

I cant see why that would cause an error like that, for starters:

enclosing those rules inside <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> and </IfModule> tells apache NOT to complain if, for some reason, mod_rewrite is not available.
