Prestashop 1.6.1.2 - Visitors Stats Dashboard Not Working - All Common Solutions Didn't Work

Hi everyone,

 

I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.2 (with a custom theme) and the visitors stats don't work. Before you ask, yes, I've searched all the posts about it and tried all the solutions, so:

1) I have the data mining module installed

2) It is hooked to the footer and the custom footer the theme came with

3) Demo mode is off

 

I also have PS_connections, PS_connections_page and PS_connections_source populated, so I'm guessing the data mining is working.

 

But, as I watch the dashboard, it says there is 1 visitor in the store at the moment, but then no visitors on the graphics, so no historical visits are presented also.

Please see the attached images (sorry, they are in portuguese, but I think you'll know what I'm talking about).

 

So, I'm asking your help to indicate me what path should I take.
