Presta 1.5. Jak Zwiększyć Liczbę Wyświetlanych Liter Nazwy Produktu. Problem Z Pozycją Produktów

Witam. Gdzie ustawia się liczbę wyświetlanych liter w nazwie produktu ? 


Oraz jeszcze 1 pytanie, nie mogę uporać się z problemem nierównych bloków produktów, chodzi o coś takiego



jak widać pierwszy produkt odstaje od reszty, niżej też czasem tak się robi, nie wiem od czego to zależy ale nie mogę się z tym uporać.
Wiem, że problem leży w pliku product_list.tpl
