Who Can Help Customize My Create-Account-Form?

Hello,

 

I'd like to have some modifications on my create-account-form.

 

First of all, we already have a lot of offline-customers or customers from an old shop. 

So it would be nice, if there is a field/checkbox like:

 

"I'm already a Vosteen Customer [ ] Yes [ ]No"

"Customer ID: NNNNNNNN"

 

Second of all, because we are a B2B shop, we need a copy/scan of the business license. So it would be great, if there is a "attach file" field, just like the one in the contact form.

 

 

So how and where do I implement stuff like that?

You need to modify authentication.tpl and if you are not comfortable with coding, we would suggest you to hire a professional developer as these are some major changes.
