Customer Login Problems

Hi,
A few days ago I updated my prestashop 1.6.0.4 to 1.6.1.2. Since then I'm experiencing several problems, but I was able to resolve most, now I'm at a standstill.
 
The first problem (and most severe):
Guests customers fill their shopping products at the time of checkout you will be prompted for your username and password to fill properly the error is received: No input file specified. At this time the URL is:
 

http://example.com/en/index.php?controller=http://example.com/en/order?step=1

I know this url is wrong, but can not find the error.
 
 
The second error:
My website has always been very quick, but after upgrading to 1.6.1.2 the initial time is very long, alrrededor 1.5 seconds, the time that step is exceeded, the web load instantaneously.
 
In the beginning and seeing the results of profiling debug, I thought it was a server problem, after reviewing and optimizing, I tried an installation of prestashop from scratch getting some impressive speed results.
 
I have looked everywhere for a report of something similar, but never looks like my problem, but I read somewhere that it could be a problem updating the database related indexes.
 
In this same server I have two other prestashop (not in production) in which I followed the same procedure for updating and all have the same problem, except I did clean installation to check that you could try.
 
The server has 32GB of RAM, Nginx 1.8, MySQL 5.5 ... and is in no way overloaded.
