sgarciamartinez
Hello, I have a problem because my website shows all the product pages with prices of 0,00€ instead the price of the predetermined combination. The products have combinations that do not have an impact on price. You can see an example here https://elles-roba-i-complements-infantils.pswebshop.com/es/bebe-0-24-meses/64-gorrobufanda-bebe-nina-north-sea-invierno-2015.html If I add the product to the kart it adds up with the correct price. My theme is a purchased theme. I only work with Euros. I'm attaching several screen captures. Any help will be greatly appreciated. tuk66
I see 17,77 €, but for all combinations. No change. There is this JavaScript error on the page: ReferenceError: currencyFormat is not defined
sgarciamartinez
Thank you for the response. You see no change in combinations because all the combinations have the same price. It is normal. You saw the price in the detail view because I changed the files from my purchase theme to the default-bootstrap theme. I overwrote the product.tpl and the /js/product.js because I read somewhere that this solved the problem of price 0 when products have combinations. And in fact it worked because I was able to see the price of the products. But, for some reason that JavaScript error showed up. I have changed back the original theme files so you check what I'm reporting that the price for the product is 0 for products with combinations. Thank you so much for your help. tuk66
Something is wrong. The response, after changing the attribute, is 1. It should be JSON formatted string.
sgarciamartinez
But I do not know what is wrong. I purchased the theme and installed it. That is! Do you have any idea?
tuk66
I don't. It is hidden somewhere in your shop (files and database).
sgarciamartinez
I do not have access to the database since the website is in Prestashop Cloud service. I have access via FTP. Do you offer technical assistance? If I gave you access to the prestashop backoffice could you have a look at it? I'm willing to pay to get it fixed. If affirmative, how much would you charge?
