Display Layered Navigation Block On "new Products" Page

Hi,

I would like to display the "Layered Navigation Block" on the "New Product" page. When I modify Module Positions, in "Run Live Edit" , I could see that the "Layered Navigation Block" is available on "New Product" page. However, this block is not visible on FO.

Please give me a solution, I appreciate your help :-)

There have been so many questions about this. There is a $200+ module you can buy to fix this but so far no one has shown a tutorial on how to edit this. I don't understand why you wouldn't want the same layered navigation for those pages as well.
