Block Categories Is Half Responsive...

Hi,

 

I recently updated my theme using a modified default-bootstrap.

 

My problem is that when it is viewed on slightly larger tablets (ipad air, 768x1024), the view is pretty much the desktop view, but the bloody left column, categories block is still not expanded and you have to click the headers to open as if on mobile view.

I cannot find the code I need to change so that the left categories block acts properly (is expanded..)

 

Probably right in front of me but I don't know javascript
