Password Recovery Issue

Does anyone else think it is crazy that when a customer resets their recovers their password that it is emailed to them rather then clicking a link to reset it themselves!!!!

 

I know they can log straight in and reset it through their account but it is not very secure sending a password via email!!!!

 

Any suggestions?

 

I did install this modules http://addons.prestashop.com/en/front-office-features-prestashop-modules/11169-password-recovery-high-security-password-storage.html but it killed the site when you logged in!!!!!
