[Solved] Install doesn't work

Hi all

 

Im brazilian and im trying to install this new online store, but i got some problems.

 

after i sent all prestashop files, i tried to execute install, but its not working, i've tried so many times, changing folders permissions and nothing happens.

 

when i type install after my adress page, the browser (firefox or internet explorer) shows a blank page.... and thats it!!!

 

anyone knows what's going on?

 

plz help me, i really wanna try this online store.

Hi Firedog,

 

- Can you describe your configuration? (Apache, PHP, MySQL... with versions  )

 

- Could you enable display_errors in your php.ini file or alternatively use "ini_set('display_errors', 1);" at the top of the PHP file you want to load.

Did you read system requirements? PrestaShop requires PHP 5 or newer

Just wanted to let you know that we're having issues with PHP 5.0.5 compatibility at the moment.  >

 

If you do get your hosting service to upgrade your PHP, make sure they go all the way to at least 5.2.0, which has been proven to work with PrestaShop.
