Why Prestacloud Is Not An Option?!

I find it annoying to have to say, but the support for PrestaShop Cloud is more than lousy. No tickets, no phone support, no response to email ... How can a trader here work with it? He can't! That, and the fact that many things you can do with PrestaShop on your own (hosted) server is why we are going to move our prestaSHOP elsewhere.

You can contact PrestaShop for help through the "Support" option on "Manage your store" (left side, at the bottom).

 

I see this is your first message on the forum. You can try to describe your problem and ask the community for help too.
