Unpaid Orders Not Appearing In Back Office Nor Customers Backend

Hello!

I’m a newbie for Prestashop.

My issue is that orders are not being created in Prestashop if the order is unpaid. As a result, I cannot view the unpaid orders in the Prestashop BO and in the customer’s backend, and my customer's cart is not being emptied in this case.
 

I’m just wondering if it is default setting for Pretashop system or it’s the problem of my site.

I am running Prestashop version 1.6.1.1. My server is being hosted on a linux server. I am also using the Paypal USA & Canada Module (1.3.9)

 

Here is a list of things I have tried so far:

-- I have scoured the Prestashop forums and have not found similar issue.

-- I have completely removed the Paypal module and reinstalled it several times with no progress.

-- I have entered for my Paypal account and checked my Paypal API credentials and enabled the IPN.

 

Has anyone else had this issue? What else can I try?
