Shadowbox or how to integrate video on pop up window

Hi !
I would like to use lightbox effect for displaying videos product description.

I guess that lightbox is not permitted for that.

Is it possible to use Shadowbox instead ? (which should be able to display/mount properly video files)
and how may I implement Shadowbox in my theme ?

does anyone know how to achieve that ?
