You can do this by going to the directory "img" and replace the file [email protected] then go to the Back Office and the translations and choose Translations of installed modules and find the line "[1]% 3 $ s% 2 $ s - Ecommerce Software by% 1 $ s [/ 1]" and type in what you want.
