'Woger
Hi there, I have a customer who canceled his order. So I made a credit for him. But the credit is completely different than the original order. I don't know where it goes wrong, so I added the original invoice and the credit.is this a bug, or are these some wrong settings? Thanks, Roger BTW. I am using 1.6.1.0 Edited November 18, 2015 by 'Woger (see edit history)
tuk66
The difference in shipping costs. What did you choose? To return shipping costs or not. Another problem is described here - https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/469142-inaccurate-credit-slip-in-1611/
'Woger
Yes, with shipping costs, but I think I put in a negative amount which is then wrongly credited.
'Woger
And the problem you have/had is the calculation of the taxes. I also found out these are not correct. If you recalculate the above invoice there will be a 2 cent difference. I guess, Prestashop calculates the tax for every item and then counts all prices together instead of counting all prices together and then calculate the tax. tuk66
Yes, this corresponds to problems with credit slips in this release.
