Broken category pages

Hello, 

 

 This bug appeared for no apparent reason on all category pages. Please see the screenshot and the links for comparison. The problems:

 

1. The Category title disappeared

2. The Products are not right of the left column but all the way down. 

 

For the text in the category I use hooked module.

This is in the source of the page :

But for some reason it is not displayed, what could block it?

The problem is solved - it turned out that the FB pixel was placed in the wrong spot in header.tpl .
