Managing email templates

Good afternoon dear Community Members,

 

where can I see and personalize email templates such as order confirmations and messages ? 

Also, where do I set the email address from which all emails are being sent? 

 

I really did not find out ...

as for the address, should be preferences, store contacts

Could you tell me where to define from which email address the emails are sent?

 

I would like to use different email addresses 

 

e.g. an order confirmation has to be sent from our customer service email address, 

notification of new orders to me to the main email address
