Need a company store page

Hi,

 

I need a module in which there will be some companies with there banner. Each company will have 1 login credential to login and open the company store. The employees of that company can then order the items.

 

Also I want to add a field on admin side as well. While adding any product it should ask me if I need to add the product in the company store and if yes then in which company store.

Please let me know if there is any module available of this kind. If not then how can I create this module.
