Email Woes

Hi all,

Having massive problems in v2.5

I can receive emails sent from the contact form from any address.

I am not recieving emails when new order is placed
I can send customer messages to the same address as the staff address (IE staff and customer address the same)
Emails to other customers say they are sent but never received (Checked junk folder as well)

I am using phpmail

Are the problems sorted in the new beta?

What files/folders would I need to copy into my prestashop to upgrade the mail to the new beta? (I dont want to us the whole beta as this is a live shop)
