Rich Girl
I recently ugraded Prestahshop 1.6 and my shop is stuck on maintenance mode. I noticed that in the configuration Errors it advised me to updated my php to 5.4 when I contacted my hosting server they don't have 5.4 as an option only 5.5 and 5.6 and when the tech tried to use the 5.5 it would not allow it. How do I get my shop off of maintenance mode???
El Patron
back office-->preferences-->maintenance-->is shop enabled? if it is enabled then from hosting control panel, open your mysql db with phpmyadmin open ps_configuration look to see if there is more than one PS_SHOP_ENABLE, if there is delete all but one, then check back office-->preferences-->maintenance--> that shop is enabled
Rich Girl
I contacted my hosting and asked where to locate the ps_configuration he said that I would have to know what database to locate because there are over twenty there. I tried to attached screen shoots so that you could see all the database but there no option to just upload the docs if you would like me to send them to your direct email I can sen there that's if you need to see them
El Patron
using ftp or hosting file manager: file config/settings.inc.php this file has _DB_NAME_ this is the name of the database you are using.... ps_configuration is a table withing this database you did not respond about ensuring shop enabled: back office-->preferences-->maintenance-->is shop enabled? if it is enabled

El Patron
are you using PrestaShop Multi-shop feature? If so then select shop context (not all shops) and disable.
