This work properly and when the email is sent to the administrator, reaches the entered number phone in the consultation of the customer. However, what we need it is that the phone also can appear in the section 'Customer Service' within the backoffice How can we do this? (ie, you see the phone in each conversation, thread and the consultation, email client and others) Please wait for some help answer !! A few days ago we have this problem. Thanks!!!!! Regards.
