Get the sale price and the normal price

Hi, i need to get the sale price and no-sale price of a product.

For the sale price is easy, i used the function :

ProductCore::getPriceStatic($product['id_product']);

for the original price i tried to use just
 

$product['price'];

but this returns me the price without taxes.

How can i get the price with taxes but without the sale application?

Maybe i have to get first the relative country tax of the product and than applicate manually to no-tax price.
In this case how can i get the relative country tax of the product?
