Dolke Posted November 13, 2015 Share Posted November 13, 2015 Hi guysIm unable to delete some of the order statuses in the PS backoffice.Some of them are native PS statuses that comes pre-configured and some are made by modules that have been installed later.Here is the screenshot of some I cant delete: http://prntscr.com/92alf1These are the errors that I'm getting:For 2 shopgate related: http://prntscr.com/92ao00For PayPal related: http://prntscr.com/92aokk We run PS 1.5.4.1 on the VPS platform. Any suggestions? hey dolke. this always leads to trouble, I highly suggest you don't delete anything, ever...lol...if there as suggested is disable then that is best option. Well thing is I have noticed that I have been curious with some payment related modules so I have installed them earlier and that by installing them, some new order status labels were added to the list. As I have installed few modules few of these were added as well...I decided to delete those modules but some of these statuses doesn't allow to be deleted as I described in the the initial post.Sure, I can use disable instead of deleting but I don't know if there is such an option in the PS 1.5.4.1?Do you happen to know how to disable them?Btw, if what you are saying is true that applies PS to be very fragile software. There is an option (trash can icon) beside each of these order status labels which means they can be deleted right...
