gaiuskong
Agile Multiple Seller module developer asked me to use File System, and my site was running fine. Server provider (cloudways) asked me to change to APC, because using File System causes Writes Per Second (data) very high and the site would go down. So after changing it to APC, recently added products do not show up. New products tab only show previously added products. Question 1. How to resolve this? Question 2. Do I have to migrate to InMotion Hosting, which is recommended by PrestaShop official tech people, or may I still use AWS via Cloudways? PS I'm a non-coder. My site is: prestashop-12163-26930-64784.cloudwaysapps.com
jetx
You'd need to ask your hosting what the issue is (could be memory), how to clear cache, etc. I wouldn't have thought APC would have been a good choice, assuming you're on shared hosting. But as your hosting suggested it they should help. With hosting I use Liquidweb and have done for years. Their servers are set up very securely, which means that sloppy coding may require some adjusting of the security rules, white listing of modules, etc. But their support is excellent.
