Display Price Including tax - Issue

Please can someone help?

 

I have set-up my website and entered the Product Price into the "retail price with tax" field.

 

I have gone to the Customer Groups, price display method and selected "Tax included"

 

However when I view the shop the prices displayed are EXCLUDING tax i.e. 20% lower than RRP

 

The weird thing is that if I go to my phone and open the exact same URL,  https://crazykites-43011434.pswebshop.com

 

I see prices including tax (which is what I want).

 

Why can I not see the correct price including tax when I view my own site on my laptop????

 

Any help will be very welcome!
