Probleme a la cration d'un compte en localhost

Salut j'ai un probleme en localhost
Quand je crée un compte client j'obtient cette erreur a la fin de la creation

je suis en locahost avec easyphp 2.0b1



Hello all i have a trouble on localhosting issue.
When i create a member account at the end of the creation i got this error

il manquer juste le logo qu'il ne trouver pas.

J ai le meme (ou quasi?) probleme: lorsque je veux creer un compte client en local host, j introduis une adresse mail, je clique sur créez un compte et... il ne se passe rien

 

tres frustrant...
