Adding javascript to prestashop

I am trying to add liveperson script to my prestashop but it does'nt appear , I try all topic in this forum , I can't success 

 

Please help me 

 

Note I am using last version.

Did you do what SirPresta instructed?  Or did you do something else.

 

Why not be more specific and tell us EXACTLY what you did so we don't have to guess...

and do you see the javascript appear when you view the source of the page?

ok, so the javascript is appearing.  if you are not getting the expected result, then you should probably contact the liveperson support.  Not much I can do for you here

Pretty much a tech dwarf here.  Where do I find the file "footer.tpl".

I follow instructions well though.

depends on the theme you are using.  if you are using the default theme....

\themes\default-bootstrap\footer.tpl
