Emails & Notification

Dear Community,

 

this may sound like one of the basics, but I am almost done with my store ..but... I still didn't find out how to edit the email address that sends out all emails. and where all the notifications / email templates are. I would like to customize them.

 

Also, my server did apparently send out a test email via php but I am not receiving any email. 

I may ask my webhosting if they have to enable something (or I can have a look if I can do so via cPanel).

 

However it would be good to know where to modify this stuff.

I wouldn't know how to proceed with SMTP because I have Google Apps for Work but all emails should be sent from my Zendesk email.
