Module for setting regional shipping costs

Hi,

I need to define different shipping rates for regions with a country, I know I need to buy  module for that but the modules I have seen do not make clear if they can deal with my scenario.

 

I calculate the shipping costs based on the weight.

However, I want to have two different tables of costs defined as follows

 

All postcodes in the UK startign with BT - Cost A

All other postcodes in the UK - Cost B

 

Can someone recommend a solution  or module to do this.
