Sales not shown correct under customers

The sales field under customers should describe total spent of the customer in the shop right?

 

I tested for some customer I ordered many items in the shop and this field stays blank.

 

For some customers work, for some other not.

 

Did anyone has faced this problem?

You are correct. Customers with actual payment completed will have amount of money spent in that column.

I have attached a screen shot from my production for your reference. However, the currency is not correct displayed. They always show same HK$ currency even my data has US$ and HK$.

I'm using 1.6.0.14. I tried that on 1.6.1.2 and same problem occur.
