'No available carrier' issue

Good evening,

 

I don't understand, I tried to make a test order and it says that no carrier is available.

 

I configured it like this: 

 

Step 1: http://take.ms/wkWoX

Step 2: http://take.ms/yS3ue

Step 3: http://take.ms/efDOk

Step 4 / Summary: http://take.ms/LuH2A

 

And I just don't understand what's the problem?!

In the product itself I left "shipping" empty, but I even tried to select carrier there

 

Where else do I have to have a look at ? 

 

I really don't know how to proceed :/ Please help me
