Dibs paiment module

Hi, I have Presta 1,6,1,2 and before I upgrade from 1,6,11 I have dibs module install on my webshop, bud

after upgrade to 1,2,12 the module is gone both from backoffice and front,

 

so I wounder if dibs works on 1,6,12, I install the module again and I se the module in backoffice bud not in frontoffice.

I believe the DIBS payment module is no longer supported by PS, which is why the module was removed during the upgrade.

 

If you want to continue to use it, you risk it not working properly, however after you re-install the module, try to perform a reset on the module and it should appear again.

Strance, becose I just get Dibs for 3 veeks ago and they do not tell anything aboud that, I told them I have Prestashop

and they say everithing was ok.

The autoupgrade module is actually coded to remove the DIBS module on PS v1.5 and v1.6 because it is "not compatible".

 

So the question is, where did you get the module from?  I searched the PS addons store, and it is not there

Hey, thanks for responce, I think I dowload the module from Svedish Prestawork webside, this is Dibs payment versjon 2,4.

ok, so you are talking about a third party created module, and I am talking about a Prestashop created module.

 

You should be working with the developer that you purchased or downloaded the module from.
