Shareasale Affiliate Tracking Code

I can't get anywhere with ShareASales's customer service so I'm trying here. I'm trying to implement their tracking on my site to be: https://shareasale.com/sale.cfm?amount=14.95&tracking=475&transtype=sale&merchantID=31.I can't figure out how or which files to modify to make this happen. I've used: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/328903-install-tracking-sale-code-for-shareasale/ as a guide but it hasn't been able to return a tracking number on ShareASale's side. Any ideas here?
