StormWolf Posted November 9, 2015 Share Posted November 9, 2015 Whenever someone buys something from my webshop and payment is recieved, prestashop sets "Payment accepted" but does not send the payment accepted mail with the invoice.However, when I go into the specific order and change the status to anything else and then back to "Payment accepted", then the payment accepted mail with the invoice is sent.Does anyone know why it has this behavior and how to make it so it automatically sends the payment accepted mail without my manual input? - aftertherobes.dk Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
cille5 Posted November 9, 2015 Share Posted November 9, 2015 Backoffice Orders/second from bottom. Then you can select if you want to send email automaticly to customer.
