prmag
Site not working when www's included on domain url but when you type the domain without the www's it works. I changed the settings on SEo & URL under Set Shop url with the www's and it goes offline. The prestasop versions is PrestaShop™ 1.5.4.1. This is a screen shot of my current settings, right now is without thw www's to avoid being offline. Any ideas? Thanks.
SirPresta
It depeds from your hosting, DNS or server setting. If you have hosting somewhere, try to create subdomain www.your-address.com, and add special .htaccess file to your subdomain through FTP. You can find in Google how to generate special .htaccess file with redirect from www to non www . Remember, that it should be 301 redirect - it is SEO friendly.Best regards, SirPresta
