Productcomments module: changing number of stars in raiting by default

Hi.
could you please help with the following situation. 
We have a product comments module on site.

Situation:
when user press "leave a comment" he sees 3 stars raiting by default http://f2.s.qip.ru/cMfvW5WO.png
So if user forgets to change number of stars - there can be good comment (for 5 stars) but user forgets to change number of stars so raiting will be only 3 stars. 

Question: 
How to change raiting by default from 3 stars to 5 stars?

Here is what I did several months ago.

You can override the template or modify it directly in the module.
