Shipping errors. Need help, please!

I keep getting the error message: There is no carrier available that will deliver to this address!

I want to applying shipping by weight. I've tried everything i've read on the forums but im totally stumped, im really tearing my hair out over this.

This is how my shipping is set up, can anyone tell me what the problem is? Or could someone post settings that are proven to work so i can get my shop to work, then work backwards?

dont set minium to zero......that how i do to get rid of this problem ...if still exist reply i will try to help more

ok i think i fixed the problem:

My shop is based in the UK so UK gets cheaper shipping, but prestashop was lumping UK in with Europe. i went to carriers>zones and took UK out of the europe zone and gave it its own 'UK' zone

Seems to be working now *happy dance*
