Holly
I keep getting the error message: There is no carrier available that will deliver to this address!I want to applying shipping by weight. I've tried everything i've read on the forums but im totally stumped, im really tearing my hair out over this. This is how my shipping is set up, can anyone tell me what the problem is? Or could someone post settings that are proven to work so i can get my shop to work, then work backwards?Shipping > HandlingHandling charges:£ 0Free shipping starts at:£ 0Free shipping starts at: kg 0Billing: According to total weightSaveShipping > FeesCarrier: Royal Mail Signed forZone / Range 0.0001kg to 10kg 10.0001kg to 100kgUK £10 £25US £ 15 £25Shipping > Carriersname: Royal Mail Signed forTransit time: 2-5 daysURL:Tax: No taxZone: UKStatus: Include carrier from list of carriers on Front OfficeShipping & handling: xOut-of-range behavior: Apply the cost of the highest defined range Shipping > CarriersDefault carrier: Royal Mail signed for Shipping > StatesLeft as default, all US states listedShipping > CountriesLeft as default, all countires listedDefault = United KingdomShipping > ZonesUS, Asia, Africa, Oceania, UKShipping > Price rangesnone enteredShipping > Weight RangesRoyal Mail Signed For 0.0001kg 10kg Royal Mail Signed For 10.0001kg 100kg

Holly
ok i think i fixed the problem:My shop is based in the UK so UK gets cheaper shipping, but prestashop was lumping UK in with Europe. i went to carriers>zones and took UK out of the europe zone and gave it its own 'UK' zoneSeems to be working now *happy dance*
